eligibility for returns
- Returns / exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
- Damaged/used products will not be accepted
non-returnable items
- Jewelry & accessories (for hygiene reasons).
- Innerwear & lingerie.
- Sale or discounted products marked “non-returnable”.
refund process
- Refunds processed within 7-10 working days after inspection.
- Refund credited to original payment method.
- COD refunds via store credit or bank transfer.
exchanges
- Allowed only for size issues or product defects.
- Subject to availability of stock.
shipping for returns
- Customers bear return shipping charges (unless product was defective or wrong).
- For defective / damaged items. Stylewithkhushi will cover return shipping
damaged/wrong items
- Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
- replacement/refund will be arranged.
cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours if not dispatched.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
